Mr. Morris started his restaurant career in the casual dining atmosphere. He spent 8 years in this sector starting as an Assistant Manager and working his way into the Restaurant General Manager role.
In 2001, Mr. Morris transitioned into the quick service sector of the industry as a Restaurant General Manager, responsible for a high volume restaurant located in San Antonio, Texas. In 2003, Mr. Morris successfully opened several new high volume restaurants which led to his promotion to the role of District Manager. In this position Mr. Morris had the responsibility of leading eight locations which included multiple brands of restaurants.
In 2008, Mr. Morris earned a promotion to Director of Operations and moved to Dallas, Texas. In this role Mr. Morris supervised seven District Managers and oversaw 47 locations throughout North Texas and New Mexico.
Currently, Mr. Morris has transitioned into the Wendy’s side of the business, and is working as a Director of Area Operations.
